Can we talk about the tile guy who left after one day?

I hired a guy from a referral to do the backsplash in my kitchen off Lomas. He showed up Tuesday, set up his stuff, laid maybe four rows of tile, then said he had a family emergency and left. Never called back. I found out later he took another job in Rio Rancho and just skipped mine. I wasted a full day waiting for him and now I'm stuck with messy thinset and a half done wall. Does anyone have a reliable tile installer in the Heights that actually finishes the job?
