Picked peel and stick tile over real ceramic for my rental kitchen and I'm honestly surprised
My tenants moved out of the place near Eubank and the kitchen floor was shot, so I had to choose fast between $1.10/sq ft peel and stick or paying a guy $900 to lay ceramic. Went with the peel and stick on a Friday and it's holding up fine after 4 months of showings. Anyone else use this stuff long term, does it start lifting at the edges after a year or two?
