My air fryer basket tray cracked after 2 years of daily use

The nonstick coating started flaking off last Tuesday and I found a chunk in my chicken wings. Now I'm stuck using parchment paper liners until the replacement tray arrives on Friday. Anyone else's basket start falling apart after a couple years?

Same thing happened to my Cosori after 18 months, the coating just gave up.

My old air fryer started making a weird buzzing sound around the same time the coating went bad, turned out a screw had come loose inside.

Same thing with mine after about 2 years... the coating just started peeling off in big flakes. Had to toss a whole batch of fries because I found a chunk stuck to one. Now I'm using those silicone liners instead of parchment, they last longer and don't slide around as much.
