Rant: Air fryer cauliflower was a total game changer for me
I was super skeptical about cooking vegetables in an air fryer, especially cauliflower. I always thought it would come out dry or just plain blah. But a buddy of mine in Austin told me to toss it with olive oil, salt, and paprika at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. I tried it last month and honestly, I was shocked. The outside got all crispy and golden while the inside stayed tender, not mushy at all. It even had this roasted nutty flavor I never got from the oven. Has anyone else found a veggie they now swear by in the air fryer?

400 degrees for 12 minutes? That's it?

Jumped on the air fryer train late and now I'm borderline obsessed. It's like our generation figured out we don't need to suffer through bland veggies just because that's how our parents cooked them, you know? Makes you wonder what else we've been doing the hard way for no good reason.
