Totally agree with you @tylerpark, same thing happened to me at a diner last week and the cook wouldn’t shut up about it.

Honestly I used to roll my eyes at the air fryer hype too, but @leo_fisher that chef might have a point. It made me realize I rely on mine way too much instead of actually learning to cook.
