The week my air fryer saved dinner 5 nights in a row

Last week was just one of those weeks where nothing went right. My oven broke on Monday, and I had a bag of frozen chicken tenders that needed cooking. By Wednesday I was throwing everything in the air fryer, including some sad broccoli that came out actually crispy. Friday night I even reheated leftover pizza in there and it beat the microwave hands down. Has anyone else had a stretch where your air fryer basically became your main appliance?

Used to think air fryers were just a fad. Then my oven died and @seanjackson, you're right, I'm basically in a committed relationship now. That sad broccoli thing was the moment I got it.

Is your oven still broken? Seems like you might be in a long term relationship with that air fryer whether you like it or not.
