DAE try to hydrate with energy drinks and end up vibrating through a rivet job?

I grabbed a couple of those extra strong energy drinks to power through a late riveting session on a wing panel. Halfway in, my hands started jittering so bad I could barely hold the bucking bar. I ended up setting a rivet crooked and had to drill it out, which took forever. My buddy saw me shaking and called me a human paint mixer. The crash afterward was brutal, I almost nodded off during the cleanup. Now I just stick to water and regular coffee for long jobs. Save the rocket fuel for the planes, not your body.

My uncle once brewed a whole pot of extra strong tea for an overnight road trip. His hands were shaking so much he could barely turn the steering wheel straight. He sticks to water on drives now, says it keeps him steady.

Ngl, do you really think a couple energy drinks are gonna wreck your whole job? I mean, the shakes are annoying but it's not like you drank a whole case. Lots of people use them for a quick pick-me-up without totally botching their work. That crash just means you need to pace yourself better, not that the drinks are some huge problem.

Pacing yourself doesn't always fix it @zarahernandez. My buddy in flooring slammed a Monster before pouring a big section. Said his legs were stutter-stepping on the power trowel. Whole finish got ruined, looked like waves. Boss made him grind it all down and eat the cost of the new mud.
