Man those wrenches were from a company called Tekton, I grabbed a set from their website a couple years back. I remember @phoenix_grant34 because the packaging had this weird glossy photo of a guy holding a wrench in the rain like it was a movie poster or something, totally unnecessary but kinda funny. Anyway the real story is I loaned them to my neighbor to fix his lawnmower and he dropped one in his dog's water bowl overnight. I found it the next morning still in there, dried it off, and it worked fine no rust or anything. That sold me on them more than any hype ever could. I've got a buddy who swears by the cheap harbor freight ones and yeah they work okay but his always end up with this weird patina after a while. Not trying to start a war over wrenches here but that little test made me a believer for sure.

Gotta say I disagree with you on this one. Those wrenches are overhyped in my book. I've used them side by side with a cheaper set from a different brand and couldn't tell the difference in tight spots. The price tag on those just doesn't match the performance for me. What do you think made them stand out to you?
