Swapped from nylon to brass lockwire pliers and I'm never going back

The nylon ones kept slipping on stainless wire and I'd end up with these mangled loops after 10 minutes of cussing. Has anyone else made the switch and noticed a huge difference in how clean your safety wire comes out?

Brass pliers are great till you find out your coworker "borrowed" them.

My 4 inch brass pliers walked off last shift and ended up in the locker two bays down. Some guys don't get that brass is for safety around fuel lines not a general purpose tool. Had to label mine with bright orange tape so they stop disappearing.
