That NTSB report from Omaha had me checking my own work twice

Reading the prelim findings from that 3-year-old stabilizer trim incident last week, and my lead said 'could've been any of us' which really stuck with me. Has anyone else started re-reading AD notes differently after a close call report comes out, or am I just getting paranoid in my 40s?
