Appreciation post: The new wireless sensors from Brand X saved me a full day on a retrofit job

I was doing a panel swap in a 1980s brick house and tried using the old hardwired contacts versus the new wireless ones from Brand X. The wireless ones installed in under an hour, while rewiring the old ones would have taken me all day fishing through those solid walls. Has anyone else found a specific product that cut their time down this much on a tricky install?

Honestly, fishing wires in old brick is a special kind of torture. I did a job like that last year and spent more time cussing at the wall than actually working. That makes them way happier than just hearing you had a tough time in their walls. It turns a nasty surprise cost into a clean, fast install they'll actually tell their friends about.
