Finally cracked 100 installs this month, still feels weird

Been doing residential alarm work solo for about 4 years now, mostly in the Dayton area. This month I hit 100 panel installs for the first time ever, which blew my mind because last January I was at like 40 for the whole quarter. I think what changed was I stopped overpromising on custom wiring and started being straight with homeowners about what a standard 2 door sensor and motion setup can actually do. That cut my callback rate way down and let me fit in 7 jobs a week instead of 5. The weird part is I didn't even notice until I counted my invoice log on Sunday night. Any of you track your monthly numbers or just sort of wing it like I used to?
