I finally chose between wired and wireless sensors for a tricky install
Had to decide between a hardwired setup and wireless sensors for a customer's old brick house in Nashville last week. I went with wireless because drilling through 100-year-old mortar felt too risky, and it saved me about 4 hours of labor. What do you guys do when the building structure makes one option a headache?

Ngl, that old brick is no joke. I had a job in a 1920s building last fall and went wireless too, saved me from patching mortar holes for an extra hour.
