I finally compared dual-path cellular vs single-path IP, the difference is huge

Last month in Phoenix I had two identical jobs fail on IP-only during a fiber cut, but the cellular backup unit kept pinging and alerted before anyone even noticed, so has anyone else seen copper lines actually beat both of them in a real outage?
