I finally stopped rushing panel dress-up and my last 3 installs passed inspection on the first try
The inspector at a 2 story house in Tempe flagged my panel last March because the wires crossed over the board every which way, and I was so used to just closing it up and getting to the next job. So I started giving myself a full extra 45 minutes on each panel, combing the wires into neat runs and labeling each zone with a cheap label maker instead of marker scribbles. Now I'm wondering if that extra time is actually why my callback rate dropped, or if it's just luck, has anyone else noticed their service calls go down after cleaning up their panel work?
