Overheard a GC ragging on 'installers who leave zip tie tails everywhere' and realized I've been that guy for 5 years
He said 'it takes 2 extra seconds to snip them flush' and now I'm going back through my last three jobs to clean up every single one I can find, has anyone else had a customer or boss call them out on this?

Hate to admit it but I've been guilty of the same thing for years. Those little plastic nubs are easy to ignore when you're in a rush, but they really do look sloppy once someone points them out. Good on you for going back to fix them, that takes real pride in your work.
