That Tuesday where every panel firmware update went sideways

Last week I had 6 panel updates scheduled across 3 sites in Denver, and by noon two units locked up with corrupted firmware that took a factory reset and reinstall to fix. The kicker was one customer had a hardwired zone that kept falsely tripping, and the new firmware actually made the debounce worse, not better. Any of you guys hitting the same issue with this latest release, or am I just cursed this month?

Did the debounce issue show up on both board revisions, or just the older ones you mentioned?

Damn, six panels in one day? That's brutal. I had one lock up mid-update last month and I nearly threw the damn thing out the window, had to drive back to the shop for a USB stick with the old firmware baked on. And your false trip issue, that's wild because I swear the release notes bragged about fixing debounce settings but I'm seeing the opposite on a couple of my older panels too. It's like they tested it on one specific board revision and said good enough. You're not cursed, this release just feels slapped together. I'm holding off on pushing anything else until the next patch drops, not worth the headache of another factory reset.
