Losing my place in a 200-page journal at a cabin in Vermont
Last weekend I was up in Stowe for a family trip and brought my daily journal, a plain Moleskine Ive kept for about 14 months. I dont number pages, and I accidentally skipped ahead to a blank spread, wrote three days of notes, then realized the previous entry was still sitting two pages back. It drove me nuts trying to sort the timeline, especially because I use the journal to track my garden planting schedule. I ended up drawing arrows and writing a small correction note, but now Im wondering if I should start numbering pages or use a dated index in the back. Has anyone else dealt with a misfiled entry like this, and what system do you use to keep the order straight?
