Unpopular opinion: Glue is better than screws for most beginner wood projects

All these beginner kits push screws, but a good glue joint teaches patience and precision. Curious if others think hardware shortcuts the learning process.

Man, I feel that pain so much. I tried doing a shed floor once with screws and it looked like a total mess when I messed up the spacing. The worst part is you can't just hide the holes like you can with glue. Brian's totally right about glue letting you fix mistakes without leaving a trail of evidence behind.

Tell that to my garage floor covered in strips of wood I screwed together wrong. Glue at least lets you hide the evidence of your first attempts.
