Kodak's last run of Ektachrome in 2012 is why my fridge is full of expired film

I dug into the production dates on a stash of Ektachrome I got at an estate sale and realized Kodak stopped making it in 2012, so every roll from that batch has been sitting for over a decade, and I'm curious if anyone else shoots expired slide film with a compensating development routine or just accepts the color shift.

Wait, are you actually compensating for a decade of latent image loss or just pushing the ISO and hoping for the best? Because Ektachrome goes somewhere weird after 10 years, like the blues start eating the reds and you get this sickly green cast that no filter really fixes. I've shot some 2007 stuff that came out looking like a swamp, so I'm curious if you're doing a pre-exposure or a first developer tweak or just riding the shift.
