Serious question, should the camera shop on 4th in Columbus keep their film fridge locked up?
Stopped in last month and noticed the film fridge now has a padlock, so you have to ask the guy at the counter for a roll of Portra. Half of me gets it since a 3 pack of 400H costs $60 now, but the other half misses just browsing and grabbing whatever caught my eye. Is this the norm at your local shop or just a Columbus thing?
Man, my buddy drove two hours to a shop in Cincy that locks theirs too and he was so pumped to grab some weird expired rolls he'd never heard of. Feels like the fun of digging through a fridge is dying everywhere.
