Yeah that timeline definitely lines up with when I noticed shows getting weird audio mixing and some really flat voice performances. I remember catching a few episodes where it felt like the voice actors hadn't even seen the footage yet. Makes you appreciate the pre-2018 dubs that actually had time to breathe.
