Finally picked the BONESAW over the angle grinder for cutting rebar

I stood in the aisle at Home Depot for 20 minutes weighing the dust vs the noise, grabbed the saw, and now my arms are sore but at least my neighbors aren't complaining about sparks flying into their yard.

My dad once spent a whole weekend trying to make a custom spark guard out of an old trash can lid for his grinder. Ended up looking like a medieval shield and the sparks just bounced off it right into his car's windshield anyway. At least with the bonesaw you get dust, not tiny flaming projectiles.
