Serious question, I'm convinced that episode-by-episode analysis was peak anime discussion.

Waiting for weekly episodes forced us to sit with the story and speculate intensely between releases. Now, with full seasons dropping at once, I think discussions turn rushed and surface-level, missing the nuanced buildup. Am I alone in preferring the old way, or have we genuinely lost a layer of fandom?
