Spent about $80 on a premium Crunchyroll subscription for the season, and it completely burned me.
The app crashed constantly during new episode premieres, making me miss the live discussion threads. Anyone else have a streaming service that just fails when you need it most?

Honestly, that sounds like a you problem, not a service problem. Servers get overloaded, it's just how it goes when everyone tries to watch at the exact same second. Maybe try watching an hour later when the traffic dies down, you'll have a much smoother time. Paying for the convenience of watching anytime should mean you can work around a little launch day hiccup.
