TIL a comment about sub pacing totally changed how I review shows
Some rando replied to my weekly thread saying my recaps were too detailed and read like a plot synopsis. They said 'just tell me if the episode was hype or not.' So I started writing shorter thoughts with just 2-3 bullet points on what worked. Now I get way more replies and people actually argue with my takes instead of just scrolling past. Anyone else get feedback that made you rethink your whole posting style?

Tbh I got roasted for being too hype and now I just post memes. My takes are still mid.

Wait, 2-3 bullet points? That's wild. I used to write entire paragraphs breaking down every single scene and now I just do a quick verdict and one line about the best fight sequence. My engagement shot up like 40% after I trimmed the fat. Did you get any weird pushback from people who actually liked the long version?
