Went to my first anime con in Austin and the panel room smell was unreal

I mean, I get that cons are packed and people are there all day, but the panel room for the 2pm dub discussion was like a wall of stale energy drink and unwashed hoodies. I lasted 20 minutes before I had to bail, has anyone else noticed the air quality at these things getting worse?

Honestly, the morning panels are usually fine, it’s the afternoon ones that turn into a fog of body heat and desperation. Tbh, I bring a tiny fan and sit near the door now, it’s the only way I make it through.
