A stranger's tip saved me hours on a dishwasher repair yesterday

Last year, my dishwasher had the same drain issue from a kinked hose behind the kick plate. You really need to pull the appliance out to see the full hose path. @margaret_black46 is right that plumbers help with complex problems, but this fix just requires straightening the hose and checking for bends. Always leave a gentle curve in the hose when you slide the dishwasher back into place.
