Got schooled on a weird fridge noise at a job in Tacoma last month

Oh man, that's a classic one! I had a call for a crazy knocking sound in a dishwasher. The customer was sure the motor was about to explode. I pulled out the bottom rack and found a single, long-handled spoon that had fallen through the rack. It was just banging around against the tub with every spin cycle. They felt a little silly, but hey, it's an easy win when the fix is free!
