I used to think those new smart washers were a gimmick, but my call logs from the last year changed my mind.

I tracked my service calls for 12 months, and calls for machines over 10 years old went down by about 30%... while calls for the newer smart models barely made up 5% of my work. Everyone says they break more, but the data from my own business in Phoenix doesn't show that. The main issues I see are from people not reading the manual and messing up the settings, not from the machines themselves. I'm starting to think the real problem is us techs not wanting to learn the new systems. Has anyone else actually looked at their own numbers on this?

Your data totally matches what I've seen too.

Good to hear it lines up. Solid data builds trust. Makes the whole conversation more useful.
