Just spent 4 hours on a dishwasher that had a hidden leak
I'm out in Phoenix and I had this Bosch dishwasher that kept tripping the floor sensor. I pulled it out three times, checked the supply line, drain hose, everything looked bone dry, but that sensor kept going off. Turned out the leak was inside the door seal, dripping down behind the outer panel, any of you guys ever run into a phantom leak like that?

Man, I feel your pain. I'm over in Tucson and had almost the exact same thing with my LG last year. Pulled it out three times thinking it was the supply line or a cracked pan. Drove me nuts for weeks. Finally noticed a little water trail running down the front of the door gasket after a cycle. Ended up being a tiny split in the rubber that only showed up when the door was closed tight. Had to replace the whole seal kit for 40 bucks. Phantom leaks are the worst because you start feeling like you're losing your mind. Glad you found it though.

Water can be real sneaky. A lot of folks don't think about checking that inner door panel area because it looks like it's sealed up tight. Good reminder that a leak can travel a long way down before it ever hits the floor.
