Maybe it works on relationships too. Just gotta unplug for 15 minutes and plug back in.

Emery's joking but there's a kernel of truth there if you think about it different. The unplug and plug back in trick is really about clearing out a glitch in the system. In relationships, that's like setting a boundary or taking a short break to let things reset. You don't get the same results though because people hold grudges and refrigerators don't.
