My grandmother's garden shovel cracked open a door I forgot existed
She told me it was just a rusty tool from 1972, but after I cleaned the dirt off the handle I found her initials carved into the wood, and now I'm wondering if every family object has a hidden story if you look close enough, anyone else ever uncovered something weird like that in an old heirloom?
