Choosing between redoing the kitchen or the bathroom, picked wrong?
Had to pick which remodel to tackle first after the water heater died in March. I went with the kitchen because we cook daily, but turns out the bathroom pipe leak got way worse and cost an extra $800 in drywall repair. Anyone else base these calls on daily use instead of urgency and regret it?
