I smashed my running personal best this morning, and it's all because I focused on having fun instead of pushing too hard!

That idea of focusing on fun over pushing too hard is so real. I nailed my best 5k time last month just by treating it like a fun jog with music. Turns out relaxing a bit can really boost your performance.
