Shoutout to the DMV site for eating my appointment slot at 7:45 on a Tuesday
I got up early to grab a renewal slot at the Oakland office, hit confirm, and the page just spun and dumped me back to the start with no confirmation number. That was three weeks ago and the next open slot is June 12, so I'm stuck calling the 800 number every morning like a weirdo. I ended up driving to the Daly City office without an appointment and waited 2 hours and 40 minutes, which honestly beat waiting until June. Has anyone figured out a time of day when the site actually doesn't crash on you?
