Spent 4 hours trying to find a paint code on a 2017 Nissan Altima yesterday
Customer brought in this gold Altima with a messed up rear bumper. I looked everywhere, door jamb, inside the glove box, even under the hood. Finally found it on a tiny sticker behind the front passenger seat. Has anyone else had a car hide its paint code in the dumbest possible spot?

Maybe it's just me but that doesn't sound that bad for a 4 hour search. At least it wasn't buried under the carpet or behind the spare tire like some cars do. Idk, I'd rather check a seat than the engine bay where most people forget to look.

What, did @lily70 lose something in there too? I mean, four hours is a long time but at least it was just under the seat and not rusted into the trunk hinges or something. Better than finding it melted to the engine block, right?

@lily70 you're totally right, I once spent three hours digging through a glove compartment for keys that were in the cupholder the whole time.
