Found out flat rate pays a 1.2 hour job as 0.4, and I've been eating that time for 3 years
My old shop lead showed me the actual labor guide numbers last week and my jaw dropped when I saw how much the book undercuts diag work compared to what we're really doing. How do you guys handle the jobs where the book time is just flat out fantasy?
