I finally switched from a 1/2" to a 3/8" drive for engine work
After stripping another bolt on that V6 timing cover, I grabbed a 3/8" ratchet with a swivel socket and it saved my afternoon. Has anyone else ditched the big stuff for tight bays, or am I crazy for liking the lighter feel?

Swivel sockets are a lifesaver, I never touch the big stuff in those bays anymore.
