That $40 coolant pressure tester paid for itself in one afternoon

Picked up a basic coolant pressure tester from Harbor Freight for about $40. Had a Subaru Forester come in with intermittent overheating and no obvious leaks. Hooked it up, pumped to 15 psi, and spotted a tiny crack on the radiator tank within 30 seconds. Would have spent at least an hour chasing ghosts without it. Anyone else find one of these tools that just saves you over and over?

Same tool found a leak in my old F-150's water pump in 5 minutes flat.

Hmm I gotta disagree a bit lol. That tool is hit or miss for me. Tried it on a couple of cars and it just gave me false readings, ended up wasting time chasing ghosts.
