Watched a guy in Baton Rouge reuse a crush washer on an oil pan and it came back on a tow truck 3 days later

That line about the $2 washer costing him a $180 tow is painfully true. I feel bad for the guy because a crush washer is such a tiny thing to skip, and it's the kind of mistake that snowballs fast. Keeping a box on your cart and handing them out free is a solid move, cheap insurance beats a tow bill every time.
