A customer told me my bagging was too sloppy and I actually listened
Last month some guy at the hardware store looked at my mulch pile and said 'you're wasting half that bag with those loose tosses.' I was mad at first but he was right. I started taking an extra 3 seconds per bag to settle the material and fold the top clean. Now I'm fitting 15% more per bag and my repeat customers have gone up. Has anyone else had a random stranger's comment fix something silly in their workflow?

Wait, isn't bagging more about consistency than trying to cram more in? I feel like overpacking just makes the bags harder to handle and they rip more often.

josepha32 you're right on the money, overpacking mulch bags is a highway to ripped handles and angry customers.
