Found a first edition book I'd been keeping in a box for a decade. Priced it at two bucks and some guy nearly tripped over his own feet to grab it. Immediately went home and looked it up online. Turns out it was worth about two hundred. My own stuff is the biggest blind spot I have.

My own yard sale was a real eye-opener too.
