PSA: Meal prepping on Sundays is a total waste of time
I tried meal prepping every Sunday for a month. It made my food taste bland and took away the joy of cooking fresh meals. Am I the only one who thinks this trend is overrated?

Honestly, meal prepping is a lifesaver for busy people. It cuts down on daily decisions and saves a ton of time. With the right methods, your meals can taste just fine all week. I focus on recipes that hold up well and use airtight containers. The real win is not having to cook after a long day at work. Give it another shot with better planning, and it might change your mind.

Watched my friend lose all excitement for cooking after her prepped food tasted like cardboard.

Feel this so much. My chicken and rice turned into sad mush by Wednesday every single time. Takes all the fun out of eating when it feels like a chore.
