That one week in Phoenix where I made more money than my first three months combined
Last August I landed a huge commercial contract for a strip mall near Bell Road, 40 storefronts with years of grime built up. I charged $4,500 for the whole job and finished it in 4 days with a helper I hired off Craigslist for $200. Anyone else ever get that one job that just changes how you see your own hustle?

Had a similar deal cleaning a closed down grocery store last winter, $3,200 for 3 days of work with one helper. The key was knowing the scope upfront and charging by the job instead of by the hour like most guys do. That one contract paid off a car loan and made me realize I was undervaluing my time on smaller jobs.
