Sat through 'Birdemic' at a friend's place and lost 90 minutes I'll never get back
I went over to a buddy's house last Friday. He swore up and down Birdemic was a masterpiece of bad film. I paid $6 for a six-pack to share. We made it through the first act. The acting was wooden and the birds looked like they were copy-pasted from ClipArt. By the time the eagles started dive-bombing people, I was already 45 minutes in with no escape. Anyone else have a bad movie you watched purely on someone else's recommendation?

My friend sold me on The Room the same way and I ended up throwing a pillow at the TV by the third scene. At least with Birdemic you got cheap eagles instead of plastic spoons, though I'm not sure which is worse. Now I'm extra careful when someone hypes up a "so bad it's good" movie as an excuse to get together.
