Hit 100 sourdough loaves this morning without even noticing

I was just pulling my 5th batch of the week out of the oven and counted up my starter feedings. Turns out I baked my 100th loaf since I started this hobby last January. It snuck up on me because I give away most of them to neighbors and the mailman. Has anyone else lost track of a baking milestone like this and then felt weirdly proud?

I'm on loaf 87 myself and I literally had to check my baking journal to make sure I wasn't making it up! The mailman here now gets a mini loaf every Tuesday and he told me his wife looks forward to it more than any other bread they've tried. It's funny how giving them away makes the number creep up before you realize what's happening.

The mailman thing is genius. I started giving loaves to neighbors and lost count at 60.

Think about this - you're basically running a tiny bread subscription service without knowing it. The mailman probably has his whole route sequenced around your baking schedule by now, timing his deliveries to catch that warm loaf smell.
