Swapped my go-to bread flour for a local mill's blend on a whim
Picked up a 25lb bag of Stone House's heritage wheat blend instead of my usual King Arthur at the farmers market last month, and now my sourdough has this nutty flavor that my regulars keep asking about - anyone else found a sudden switch like that actually worked out?
