The farmers market bread vendor I always skipped finally changed my mind

After 3 years of walking right past their stall, I grabbed a sample of their sourdough at the Portland Saturday Market and it was so good I bought 2 loaves so now I'm wondering what other vendors I've been sleeping on.

Is the mushroom guy related to the honey people or is it a separate thing?

Read a food blog a few weeks back where the writer was raving about the fermented honey they sell next to the mushroom guy. I always thought it was just fancy sugar water, but apparently it's got probiotics and stuff. Now I'm eyeing their stall next time I'm at the market.

Wait is that the same honey that looks like it has bits of garlic or herbs floating in it? I thought that was just some instagram fad but now I'm curious if it's actually good for you lol.
