Am I the only one who stopped trusting the toothpick test because my oven lies
My oven runs 25 degrees cold so the toothpick came out clean at 42 minutes but the center of my banana bread was raw batter, and an $8 oven thermometer from Target showed me the real temp, so now I pull everything 10 minutes later than the box says and nothing sinks anymore, has anyone else figured out their oven was the problem this whole time?
